		Frank has twenty years experience as a principal investor and investment banker. Most recently, he was the head of Corporate Finance at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC, a large funds management and private equity firm. Prior to joining Easton Hunt in 2000, he ran Neptune Management Company (a manager of funds and accounts investing in special situations and distressed securities) for 10 years. Prior to founding Neptune, Garcia was an Executive Vice President of Smith-Vasiliou, an investment fund; a Vice President in the Corporate Finance at Kidder, Peabody & Co.; and an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell. He received a J. D. degree from Harvard Law School and an AB degree from Harvard College. He serves on the Boards of Archibald and Willow, and is a Board observer of SpectRx.
