		Prior to joining Easton Hunt Capital Partners in 2002, Dan had four years of experience analyzing, working with and investing in companies. Dan was previously an Associate at Soros Private Equity Partners where he completed 11 transactions, investing in excess of $140 million of capital. Before joining Soros, Dan was with CIBC Oppenheimer Corp.'s High Yield Group. Dan holds an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School and a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania (BS from the Wharton School of Business and a BAS from the School of Engineering and Applied Science).
