		Seth has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant to major pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, OTC manufacturers, and private equity firms on business and corporate development and strategy, pre-clinical drug discovery, clinical development, market opportunities. Seth was a founder of the Anaderm Research Corporation, a privately held drug discovery company acquired by Pfizer in 2002. He is an inventor on numerous patent applications relating to drug discovery and medicinal chemistry. Seth is Chairman of Dermatology and a Professor of Cell Biology, Dermatology & Pediatrics at New York University School of Medicine, New York. He holds an AB magna cum laude from Harvard and an MD-PhD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Seth has served as a Director or Board Observer for multiple portfolio companies including Protez, Transave, Coapt Systems and CombinatoRx.
