Dr. Perez-Soler is Chairman of the Department of Oncology at Montefiore Medical Center. He is Director of the Division of Medical Oncology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and an Associate Director for Clinical Research at Albert Einstein Cancer Center. He is a professor of Medicine and Molecular Pharmacology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Perez-Soler received his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma in Barcelona, where he also completed a residency in Internal Medicine. He completed his fellowship in Medical Oncology at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Hospital Cancer Center.
Dr. Perez-Soler has received numerous awards for his accomplishments, particularly in lung cancer research, and is considered an international cancer expert in experimental cancer therapy.
