The Easton Capital Investment Group

Easton Capital Investment Group manages approximately $200 million of venture capital and private equity funds. Aggregating more than 170 years of experience, its principals focus on a broadly defined vision of investing in undervalued companies in undervalued market segments. This diversified approach has entailed venture investments in early as well as late stage companies in addition to management buyouts. Easton's philosophy has proven to be the most successful during the 30-40 year history of institutional venture capital. The firm is a proactive investor and believes that ultimate success requires active participation in the establishment, monitoring, and, if necessary, refinement of its portfolio companies' strategies. Easton's principals believe in taking a significant capital position in each investment vehicle as evidence of their individual and collective commitment to the success of those vehicles.

Easton currently manages three investment funds:

Easton HuntCapital Partners, L.P. (EHCP) is a 1999/2000 vintage venture capital fund that invested in early and late stage growth capital transactions and some management buyouts. EHCP is invested in a diverse portfolio of 37 healthcare and other high growth companies.  Easton believes that this fund will be among the best performing funds of its vintage.

Easton Capital Partners, LP (ECP) is a 2006 vintage venture capital fund which invests in early and late stage growth capital transactions. ECP focuses on healthcare and a wide range of other market segments in which its partners have substantial operational and transactional expertise and/or experience. These segments include new media, entertainment, value added distribution, food products/services, consumer products/services and clean technology, among others.

Easton Hunt New York, LP (EHNY)is a $30 million investment fund that invests side-by-side to ECP and EHCP in companies that have operations in the state of New York. New York State Common Retirement Fund partnered with Easton to manage this capital and is the limited partner for this fund. Easton will not make any investments for EHNY in which ECP or EHCP does not invest.
