WILLOW CSN
Willow CSN provides "virtual" call center services to Fortune 1000 companies via their network of high quality customer service representatives —CyberAgents— working from their homes as independent contractors. The Willow network offers customers the flexibility to add call volume capacity as needed in a cost effective manner, while avoiding the costs of training and maintaining full-time call center personnel. In July 2005, Easton sold its equity position for 2.4x its cost.
