Doctor's Dermatologic Formula (DDF) formulates and markets therapeutic skincare "cosmeceutical"
products. DDF combines multiple healthcare disciplines, including dermatology, holistic medicine,
nutrition, biology, chemistry and aesthetics, to provide the most comprehensive solutions available
without a prescription. EHCP led this round of financing.
In 2007, DDF was acquired by Procter and Gamble,
generating proceeds to Easton 2x its initial cost.
