SunSource Technology Services ("STS") is one of the largest distributors of fluid power systems in the U.S.,
specializing in the distribution of hydraulic and pneumatic components, transmissions, instrumentation
and related products. EHCP led this management buyout opportunity with another financial partner,
Allied Capital Corp. During the next several years, STS' operations and financial performance improved substantially. In December 2004, EHCP sold its equity position for more than 3x its initial cost.
