Easton's Investments: Parameters

As part of the Easton philosophy, we typically make investments in companies requiring $10-20 million or less in new capital and target high growth, capital efficient companies to ensure our role as a proactive investor and the diversity of our portfolios. Each of our funds should be $20-100MM. We typically lead or co-lead all investments.
  • Small Funds (<$150-200MM) outperform large funds with a ~3.5 times as many small funds achieving a 3x or greater according to a comprehensive study conducted May  ’10*
  • Better Alignment with Investors
  • Leverage Specialized Industry Expertise
  • Ability to Complement Large Funds
  • Lead or co-lead all investments
